The Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) scoop for the week of November 9 hints Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) will hit the sheets.
Also coming up this week, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will struggle and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will one up Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson). Plus, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will get into a heated argument.
After Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Deveraux’s (Cady McClain) disastrous anniversary party, Kate will leave with Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash). She’ll feel humiliated after her fling with Jack was exposed. Jake will comfort her and the pair will wind up in bed together.

There will also be a comical moment, when Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) comes to her bedroom door. He will want to discuss her affair with Jack but Kate will get need to shoo him away quickly. A half naked Jake will be forced to hide, so Chad doesn’t see him. The whole thing should set up quite the complicated situation once Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) returns to Salem at the end of November.

Over with Lani Price (Sal Stowers), who will confront Eli about their less than revealing conversation. He still hasn’t told her he forced a confession out of Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and if he doesn’t do it soon it could blow up in his face. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) knows what Eli did and he may just spill it to his wife.
Meanwhile, Xander will finally get some evidence to back up his claims that Philip has been up to no good. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is suspicious of Philip and will give Xander the go-ahead to get proof to present to Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). Spoilers tease a triumphant Xander will do just that. But a DOOL promo shows a furious Philip picking up a fireplace poker and holding it over his head. Is he going to hit Xander with it?
Days Of Our Lives Scoop – The DNA Test Proved Tripp Dalton Is The Daddy
Other spoilers tease that Jack’s world will fall apart as Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) privately celebrates all the havoc she created. After Jenn slaps him silly, Jack will flash back to when his wife was in a coma and the hell he went through. Will Jenn eventually forgive him for sleeping with Kate?
Finally, Kayla and Steve will go through some angst, thanks to Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams). Steve believes Tripp when he tells him it’s impossible that he’s the father of Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) son Henry. But Kayla can’t understand why Steve is still defending his son and the couple will argue. As far as she’s concerned, the DNA test proved, without a shadow of a doubt, that Tripp is the daddy and the sooner Steve deals with that reality, the better.
